Day 1
Meet and greet
Meet at the Airport and Transfer to the Intercontinental hotel in San Jose. Your Naturalist guide driver will meet you at the airport and Transfer you to the Hotel in San Jose, depending on your arrival time we could take you on a sight seen visit at the San Jose city.
Day 2
Early departure to the Arenal Volcano area
This National Park is part of the Arenal Conservation Area, and it stretches 200,000 hectares along the Costa Rica northern spine. This conservation area is very important to the Costa Rican economy. The area contains a great wealth of geologic and biological complexity.
Overnight at the Arenal Lodge
Day 3
Full day at this beautiful area
Morning Visit and Hike at the Arenal Hanging Bridges This suspension bridges will give us the chance to see the rainforest as you have provably never imagine, we will be able to explore the canopy of this majestic ecosystem something that was reserved in the past only to biologists and scientists.
Afternoon visit to the La Fortuna Waterfall. A great hike to observe one of the most amazing waterfall in our country here you will also have an opportunity to swim at the waterfall’s pristine waters

Day 4
Jeep Boat Jeep across the Arenal Lake to continue to the Monte Verde Cloud Forest
Located near the Arenal Volcano and the Monteverde cloud forest, Lake Arenal is the biggest nationwide hydroelectric project that currently produces the majority of electricity for the entire country, Water depth generally varies between 100 and 200 feet (61 m). The communities of "old" Arenal and Tronadora were submerged by the expanded lake.

Day 5
Full day at the Monteverde area
This quaint little town was formed during the latest 40’s by a community of Quakers from the US. Now days Monte Verde is a Most for any Traveler to Costa Rica especially if you are looking for Nature and Adventure. Great Restaurants and activities for anyone will be waiting for you here.
This day we include a trip to the Selvatura Park for a Zip Lines adventure over the Cloud Forest

Day 6
Departure to the Beach at the Manuel Antonio area
Located on the Central South Pacific of the Country this area is an amazing example of sustainable development as tourism grows in harmony with nature, a visit to the beautiful beaches and the National park should be in the itinerary of any trip to this area.
Afternoon Visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park. At this park which is the smallest of the National Park System is where we will see the biggest variety of wild life.
Overnight at El Parador Hotel
Day 7
Full day White Water Rafting Trip Class III
The Savegre River, one of the most pristine rivers in the country surrounded by lush vegetation and meandering waters it features class II and III rapids that are perfect for beginner rafters and challenging enough for the experts.

Back Home
Transfer back to San Jose on time to connect with your flight back home
